What to do if your Pre-Save converted early

 

If you accidentally used the wrong release date for your Pre-Save link and the link converted early, fear not! This Pre-Save workaround will ensure that all of your Pre-Saves are delivered on the correct release date.*

This is the workaround for Pre Save links:

  1. Change the URL of the release with the mistake.

  2. Create a new Pre-Save link with the correct release date. Add the original URL ending you used from the link that converted early to use on the newly created Pre-Save link.

*NOTE: If your original link converted more than 4 days before the intended/correct release date, please get in touch with us at support@feature.fm as we will have to manually process the pre-saves from the previous link.
