Audience data can be exported from Feature.fm in three ways:
*Users on the Basic Artist plan will only be able to export audience data from Smart Link Insights.
Smart Link Insights
Go into the individual link Insights and scroll to the Audience section. Click Export:
Audience Dashboard
Go to the Audience tab of your Feature.fm dashboard, select a Segment and click Export:
Email Integration
If you use Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, you can automatically import all collected fan emails to a designated mailing list by synching your account through the Integrations page in your Feature.fm Account Settings. Refer to these articles for further setup guidance:
