Feature.fm Black Friday 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Feature.fm’s 2025 Black Friday promotional offers (the “Promotion”). By redeeming a promotional code, you agree to these Terms in addition to Feature.fm’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Promotional Offers

A. Annual Plan Offer – “BF2025”

  • Eligibility: New customers only.

  • Offer: Use code BF2025 to receive 44.3% off any annual pricing plan.

  • Equivalent Savings: When combined with Feature.fm’s existing annual discount, the total savings are equal to or greater than 6 months free compared to the monthly plan price.

  • Trial Users: If you have not yet received a free trial, your discount period begins after your free trial ends.

  • Renewal: After the first year, your plan will automatically renew at the regular annual rate unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Expiration: Code expires on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

B. Monthly Plan Offer – “25OFF25”

  • Eligibility: New customers only.

  • Offer: Use code 25OFF25 to receive 25% off for 3 months on any monthly pricing plan.

  • Trial Users: If you have not yet received a free trial, your discount period begins after your free trial ends.

  • Renewal: After the initial 3-month promotional period, your plan continues at the regular monthly rate unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Expiration: Code expires on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Limited-Time Bonus Features

In addition to the promotional discounts listed above, the following bonus benefits are included with Artist and Pro Artist plans as part of Feature.fm’s Black Friday 2025 Promotion:

A. Free Email Notification Overages

  • Overview: Feature.fm’s “Email Notifications” feature automatically sends fans release-day reminder emails when an artist’s new music is available.

  • Standard Offering: Normally, each artist account includes 50 free emails per month, with additional usage billed at $0.005 per email.

  • Promotion Benefit: During the promotional period, all email notification overages will be free of charge for users on Artist and Pro Artist plans.

  • Duration: This free overage benefit is available through January 31, 2026, after which normal billing rates and limits will resume automatically.

B. Expanded Email Integrations

  • Overview: Feature.fm offers integrations with leading email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign) to sync fan contact data.

  • Standard Offering: Email integrations have traditionally been available only to Pro Artist plans.

  • Promotion Benefit: During the promotional period, Artist plans will also receive full access to email integrations.

  • Duration: This expanded access is available through January 31, 2026, after which access will revert to standard plan eligibility.

3. Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Offers are available only to new customers who have not previously subscribed to a paid Feature.fm plan.

  • Each promotional code may be used once per customer and cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

  • Feature.fm reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and may revoke promotional pricing if misuse or fraud is suspected.

4. Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions purchased with promotional pricing will automatically renew at the standard rate in effect at the time of renewal.

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

  • Standard Billing Terms apply to all subscriptions purchased under this promotion.

5. Modifications & Termination

Feature.fm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, or to adjust promotional pricing or eligibility, at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or technical errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Feature.fm shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, errors in redemption, or other issues preventing participation in the Promotion. In no event shall Feature.fm’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer under the promotional offer.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
