Monthly and Annual Subscription Services

Monthly and/or Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will end at the completion of the current billing cycle. All refunds issued for a subscription service will result in immediate termination of the subscription. Refunds will typically never exceed three months of service. Refunds will not be issued if the account has been closed for violation of our Terms of Use.

Monthly Subscriptions Requests for refunds on Monthly subscription services will be granted if received within three (3) days of the last billing cycle refresh, and only in the amount of the most recent payment. Refund requests received more than three (3) days from the last payment will be considered on a case by case basis.

Annual Subscriptions Requests for refunds on Annual subscription services will be granted if received within seven (7) days of the last payment. Refund requests received more than seven (7) days from the last payment will be considered on a case by case basis and Feature.fm reserves the right to issue partial refunds based on usage evaluation. In the event that a prorated refund is offered on an Annual subscription, the price for used time will be adjusted to reflect the full monthly price for that service instead of the discounted annual price. 

Ad Campaigns & Other Payments

A customer may stop or terminate an Ad Campaign at any time by “Pausing” or “Archiving” the Campaign via the Feature.fm platform. Upon 48 hours written notice to Feature.fm, Feature.fm shall issue a refund for all impressions that have not been delivered. The Customer is responsible to pay for all impressions that were served by the Feature.fm Services.

One-time Pro Links Refunds on One-time Pro Links will be granted if the request is received within three (3) days of purchase. All other requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
